New Admission

Follow the guide below to admit new inmates to PIMS.

1. Sign Into PIMS

2. Click On Admissions -> Start Admissions

   

3. Enter the Inmate Details

   

4. Medical Evaluation Required? (Optional)

   If a medical evaluation is required for this inmate. Click the Medical Evaluation button.

   

5. Enter the Warrant Details for this admission

   Warrant is defaulted to Remanded. Options are Convicted or No Warrant. All required fields are shown for convenience.

   

6. Inmate Property (Optional)

   Click Inmate Property for every property item the inmate is being admitted with. All fields are required for inmate property.

   

7. Once all required fields are completed, the Submit button will be available. Click Submit to complete this new admission.
